  • 5 hours service included
  • Service uniform and basic tools included
  • Pick-up and Drop-off service included if required. (please be aware to organise your tools accordingly with the required service)
  • “Responsible person” service which will manage your drinks service team and the required responsibility for the length of the event.
  • Presentation with tools required (projector-speakers-projection screen)

Description

To serve wines is not an easy task, especially when special products or special customers have to be served. There is a need of wine knowledge, food knowledge, timing, psychology touch, and an understanding on the local and international wine market in order to create the “atmosphere” which will reflect on the quality perception of your final hospitality experience or products.

Our sommelier has been trained from the school of sommelierie in Italy (AIS) and since completing his Diploma; he has been travelling and serving customers in 4 different countries. (Italy, New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom). The multitude of different styles of service and markets faced during this time guarantees your customers will be understood in full, receiving the appropriate service and your products will be presented with the appropriate knowledge associated.

Service description:

A wine event is more than just a tasting. Hosting a public event requires skills above the normal required for a Sommelier or a Manager. You need to be entertaining, empathic, enthusiastic and informative. Our Host/Sommelier has been experiencing the situation on many occasions so far and he will be right enough to communicate your love and passion making it pleasant and entertaining for your audience and customers.

He is also familiar with the complexity of the wine market and wine and food production areas (IGP – DOP – AOC – DOC – DOCG – AO…) in Europe which allows him to properly explain differences and hidden qualities to the quality control and recognization frame of the UE for unfamiliar customers.

The service includes:

  • Preliminary meeting (in person or virtual)
  • 5 hours service (including prep and post-event)
  • Service uniform and basic tools
  • Pick-up and Drop-off service if required. (please be aware to organise your tools accordingly with the required service)
  • “Responsible person” service which will manage your drinks service team and the required responsibility for the length of the event.
  • Presentation package (projector-speakers-projection screen-laptop equipped with power point)

Due to the complexity of the in/out business transaction and accounting in Australia.
