Position: Consultant, Manager, Sommelier

  • Worked closely with the owner for pre-opening operations, hiring staff, create a coffee service, cheese and cured meat services, menu setting and all the shop-restaurant settings needed for a new business
  • Maintain all reservation systems and bookings in accordance with business demands.
  • Manage stock control
  • Supervise, coach and train the La Gourmandina team members.
  • Manage wine stock control
  • Organizing and host special event focussed on wine/food pairing, history and geography.
