Position: Consultant, Manager, Sommelier
- Worked closely with the owner for pre-opening operations, hiring staff, create a coffee service, cheese and cured meat services, menu setting and all the shop-restaurant settings needed for a new business
- Maintain all reservation systems and bookings in accordance with business demands.
- Manage stock control
- Supervise, coach and train the La Gourmandina team members.
- Manage wine stock control
- Organizing and host special event focussed on wine/food pairing, history and geography.
